Bidding for the New Building

There have been many inquiries directed to Mary Taylor (Store Owner) and myself in regards to providing services for the construction of the new building. We are not responsible for any of the hiring or sub-contracting for the new building. The bidding for the construction of the New Canadian Tire Store was handled by Canadian Tire Corporation and is now closed. Once the winning bid is accepted and announced, I will post it here. Anyone interested in contacting the General Contractor in regards to providing services may then do so. The construction of the new Simcoe Mall is handled by Effort Trust and I will post any information I can for their General Contractor when or if it becomes available.
