More UPDATES!
The Gas Bar construction has continued and the canopy is down. The tanks were also removed from the ground. The paving behind the mall has been hampered by the weather, but is now complete and the new Donly entrance is open. The footings and foundation work is complete on the new Canadian Tire building. The steel should be arriving in early November. Effort Trust has posted a site plan on their website showing the new shopping centre. There is one surprise here and that is Winners may be joining the Simcoe Mall. I have posted the picture below.
